CARE INFORMATION

To keep your lovely new purchase pristine

We recommend that you keep the jewellery away from shocks/knocks, gently open the bracelets, earrings, necklaces, chains etc.
It is recommended that jewellery to be taken off before bedtime; before bathing; to wash the dishes or before any other similar activities. Protect jewellery from contact with water, detergents, cosmetics and chemicals, to avoid losing parts attached to the jewelry (precious and semi-precious stones, crystals etc.); as well as the wear of parts that have natural leather or other materials!

Jewellery that contains rubber parts loses its elasticity if it comes in contact with cosmetic sprays. Or with any other chemical product. Materials of organic nature, pearls, corals, shells, sap, are sensitive to cosmetic and petrochemical products. Jewellery with semiprecious stones, necklaces should not be worn during sleep, to avoid accidental damage or strangulation.
Keep jewellery out of the reach of young children.

It is compulsory for jewellery to be taken off before working with various chemicals. This should be done in order not to change its color and not to damage the surface layer. Jewelry will not be worn during physical contact activities or any other activities that result in heavy sweating. This is necessary to avoid damaging the surface layer, detaching parts or removing the surface layer of the jewelry.

Useful Info

Jewellery exposed under water, acetone or other liquids can cause some gemstones to disintegrate,so it's best to remove your jewellery to wash, shower & sleep and to remove rings when washing up etc. Apply moisturisers, sunscreen and perfume before putting on your jewellery, also it is recommended that you do not use perfumes or hairspray in the vicinity of jewellery.

Silver jewellery is best to be kept in bags/sacks dedicated for jewellery, in dry places away from the kitchen, bathroom or shower. Avoid contact with moisture and heat to prevent oxidation.
Silver Jewelry hallmarked 925 but not treated with rhodium can oxidize (turn black) in contact with moisture, perspiration or excessive heat. This is not a defect. Clean the plain silver jewellery with bicarbonate or special silver cleaning solutions to restore their shine.

For jewellery maintenance and keeping its shine we recommend to use a soft cloth, especially for jewellery cleaning. Jewellery with pearls or natural gems will not be cleaned with solvents or chemicals intended for cleaning silver, as it may change colour.
